As you can see this cache is a multi, so that means it can take more time than a regular and has many stages. In this particular cache you will need to run around town, collect some numbers and add them to a fake coordinate to get the actual coordinate of the final. To find the hints and clues you must read the description of all the step because they hold the crucial info to find your numbers.
Now you are probably thinking, what do i do with the numbers now? Well this is what you do:
First read this description, write these directions and the descriptions of the clues in a note book for when you need it
Once you have the numbers add them all together (ex.12+4+7=23)
Next multiply that number by 3 (ex.23x3=69)
Then add what you get from your equation to both the N and W of the fake coordinate(ex. N 83 12.344+ 69 = N 83 12.413)
And finally follow those coordinates, with the help of your clue to discover your prize
