Hopwood Hop (M42 Services) Traditional Cache

Located within the grounds of Hopwood Services, this cache is ideal for any trackable looking to hitch a ride NW (via M6) NE (via M1) SW (via M5) SE (via M40) or further afield (via Birmingham International Airport).

It should be a reasonably quick cache and dash if you park at the far side of the carpark near the open grassed area. The cache is located halfway along the looped (grassed) path that takes you through this dog walking area.

I created this cache to help send a trackable south that I'd held onto for far too long. Two failed trips to Stratford and Worcester left me frustrated and then when I tried to hide it somewhere along the M42 I still couldn't find a cache big enough.

So here is a cache large enough to take most, if not all trackables. It's also ideally placed to send them on their journey in any direction.

If you drop of a trackable then please give a hint in the logbook to the direction it should be going.

You will be out of site of the main service area but may find the odd dog walker passing by. The cache contains a logbook and pen and hopefully a trackable or two.
