This cache was created in an attempt to relate the importance of bush maintenance to my local community. Third Settlement Reserve, the nature area nearby, is a beautiful, yet heavily polluted park that the community is meant to enjoy. There's quite a bit of native wildlife around the area, including a large flock of native Australian ducks! Log the cache, but try to pick up any rubbish you might see around as well! There are public bins nearby for this.
Street parking is available, and the cache is close to a pleasant, half hour bushwalk alongside Toongabbie Creek, that ends at Hammers Rd. You will need to bring a pen for the cache, and a camera to spot the Geoducks. Please be careful, as spiders may call this particular spot home! Also please note there is no room for TBs in this cache.
Good luck!
