This is one of six caches hidden along Rainy Creek on Lake of the Ozarks. All six of these caches are intended to be water caches, but require no special equipment other than a lakeworthy watercraft approved for the waters of Missouri.
Caches 1-5 will each contain a number that will give you the final coordinates of the sixth and final mystery cache of the Rainy Creek Adventure (RCA #6 - Fbzrguvat Svful!) Remember to write down these numbers, so that you can complete the series. I’d guess it might take most cachers or caching teams about 3 hours to complete all six caches. Some of the caches on the RCA will require you to disembark from your watercraft. Permission from dock owners has been obtained for each. Please exercise the utmost of respect on private property. Rest assured, you are very welcome there. If you see any of the property owners, feel free to identify yourself as a cacher and thank them for allowing us to have fun with this game.
Please bring the normal tricks of the trade with you, including a pen or pencil. They will not be provided inside of every container.
This particular cache is available WATER ONLY. This one is impossible to reach by land.
The actual terrain difficulty rating of this cache is a 3.5/5.0 (if you have a boat), but since I'm requiring users to use a boat, that is considered special equipment, which makes it a 5.0/5.0. This is the most demanding physically of the six caches. Please use extreme caution. You might deem it safer to get out and swim to this cache rather than attempting to navigate right to it. For this cache, it's recommended to have one or more caching partners. Again, I'm delighted to show you this, but be careful.
All caches you find on the RCA are to be returned to the exact condition in which you found them for the enjoyment of future geocachers.
