Geocache Description:

This cache is located near an historical home located in Horseshoe Bay Texas.  The Fuchs House (pronounced fox) was built in approximately 1880 by Conrad Fuchs to accommodate a post office and his growing family.  The house was restored in the early 1970's by the developers of Horseshoe Bay.   From Hwy 2147 you will travel up Thanksgiving Mountain Road and wind around Dew Drop looking for Stage Coach.  The hardest part of finding this cache will be finding the house.  I recommend bringing a map with you.  The streets wind around and up and down across creeks.  Once you find the house the actual cache will not be that hard to find.  The cache is a large container.  It is camo colored and originally contained several fun trinkets like beads and bouncy balls.  Hopefully you will take time to walk around the house and read the Marker.  I hope you can see some pretty sites and learn some interesting history.
