Another mountain-top cache in the Sangre de Cristos, with great views all around. One way to get here would be to first climb Kachina Peak, then follow the ridge to Lake Fork Peak. This will involve some scrambling on talus and scree, but no actual rock climbing is required.
To find the cache, look 20 feet SE of the wind-shelter wall on top. It is well-hidden under rocks, next to a two-foot-long rock that looks like a giant slice of cheesecake (see photo). You shouldn't need to move any rocks much bigger than your fist.
