This is the homestead of my wife's first relative in Canada, Theobald Hunt. He came here to Canada from England with the 70th Surrey Reg't of Foot and fought in the War of 1812 his Commission is on display at Fort Malden. While here he married Suzanne Caldwell and settled on this property.
