Where's Water Street? Mystery Cache

This cache has been archived.

Unitzoid: Seeking to extend my good fortune on maintenance, I arrived at the final location for this hide. Some stealth was needed to avoid detection. The container, though, was nowhere to be found. Given the high amount of activity here even on bitterly cold days, it's probably best to let this one go. Thank you to everyone that has found Water Street! [:)]

Geocache Description:

Flat Branch Creek has seen a lot of changes over the last century. Nearby Water (now Fourth) Street was once a busy, secondary commercial hub in the town of Columbia. Time and pollution took their toll, and the banks were eventually left to the elements. A massive cleanup effort in the late 1990's transformed the area into a park. Even so, some hidden treasures can still be found today . . .

Daylight hours only, please, and be stealthy! Flat Branch Park is a very busy place! You will not need to walk farther than 500 feet from the posted coordinates.
