Depending on your point of entry, this cache provides a reasonably rugged bush-walk along the foreshore of the Parramatta River with the added bonus of a traverse across a seemingly unused mountain bike track (complete with some big jumps and banked bends). Ground zero provides some expansive views across the river foreshore and city sky line.
To take the mountain bike route, park at the Henley Bowling Club and take the track at the end of the car park. You'll need to follow the track to the beach and then double back toward ground zero, as the direct route isn't possible (there's some heavy bush and foreshore cliffs). An alternate start point, that will get you to ground zero quicker, is to park at the ferry wharf in Huntelys point Road.
