Geocache Description:

A geocache in a picturesque location on top of the hill between stop and call and harbour village. A hidden gem viewing spot to rest whilst rambling. Cachers be aware that good shoes/boots and trousers are advisable for finding this cache!

Lucy's lookout  is named after a favourite dog walking route. A beautiful point on the mountain where I used to sit and and take in the view whilst Lucy enjoyed playing in the undergrowth. Lucy has since passed and I hope others enjoy thie view as much as Lucy and I used to and now her successor Suzie and I now do.

If parked in the carpark, follow the tarmacked foot/cycle path passed some houses  and up towards the top of the hill. Still on the tarmack, after passing over the crest of the hill, walk approximately 30m, looking out for a faint animal track on your left (just as the path takes a slight left turn).

Follow this to the cache and most of all, enjoy the view!

you will be looking for a small cache box covered in black tape :)
