2007年5月安芸郡府中町に出来た生涯学習施設です。
元々この場所には1964年(昭和39年)まで府中中学校があり、
中学校移転後は長く町民グランドとして利用されてきました。
敷地内の体育館は当時のままで、現在でも使用されています。
施設内にはアリーナと図書館、付近には保育園、小学校、公園があり、
高マグル且つ、不審者への警戒度が高いエリアです。

Originally there is Fuchu Junior High School in this place until in 1964,
It has been used after a junior high school move for a long time as a townsman ground.
The gymnasium in the site is used now as those days.
There are a nursery school, an elementary school, a park near by an arena and a library in the facilities,
It is high Muggle and the area that a caution degree to a suspicious individual is high in.
