On Earth Day 2014 I attended a CITO event at Bay's Mountain Park. We spent the day picking up trash and hanging signs for the park to identify the area as park property. Of course, we also did some caching along the way.
One of the caches we found that day was "A Tale of CCJ: The Chest" (GC4Z93H), part a another great Cache Cracker Jacks series. In The Chest I found a micro container dropped there by another caching friend, GrandMasterCamp.
I picked up the container, and promised GMC I would hide it soon. I've carried it around for a week, looking for the right spot, and found this little back road this afternoon. When I grabbed the container from The Chest, it contained a geocoin, so I'm leaving it inside for the first finder to pick up.
In the spirit of the day I found this container, this is a good spot to do some CITO. This will also help you in your efforts to be stealthy because although this is a back country road, several cars passed while I was there.
There is room for one car to pull off in the grass near GZ. No need to cross the fence. Watch for broken glass, poison ivy, and traffic.
Happy hunting!
