Dobby is a house elf, much shorter in stature than humans, standing only about 3 and a half feet. He was once owned by the Malfoy family, but now he is a free elf. He was freed by you, Harry Potter, and for that you have secured his undying loyalty. Dobby is brave and willing to put himself in dangerous situations when he knows it to be the right thing to do. Dobby is a creature of strong ideals and motivations. Dobby has “helped” Harry Potter in the past so you know he is capable of great magic.
You must find Dobby (or let him find you!). He will help you, but this may be his last act and this location may be his final place of rest.
