Barfo or mrmarkeagles Kielbasa and Beans Traditional Cache

This is a simple micro in the woods.  Accessed by a hidden walking trail.

Dutch oven recipes have been tested by Boy Scouts from all over North East Ohio.  All recipes are cooked in a #12 Dutch Oven over a campfire or at home on the stove.

Ingredients

• 3 lbs.  Smoked Kielbasa
• 2 cans Baked Beans
• 1 can Kidney Beans - drained
• 1 can cut green beans - drained
• 1 can baby lima beans - drained
• 1/2 bottle katsup
• 1 medium onion chopped
• 1 can tomatoe soup + 1 can water
• 2 cloves minced garlic
• 1/3 bottle hot sauce
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 can mushrooms

Mix all ingredients together, cover and place over hot coals and let cook for 1 hour.
