Geocache Description:

With a 'real' name like mine, I MUST put out a Cache to commemorate St. Patrick's Day!  This is an easy Park and Grab -CACHE NO LONGER CONTAINS PARTY STYLE TRADABLES, NO SWAG, SOME FOOL TOOK OFF WITH THE ORIGINAL CONTAINER AND ITS GOODIES!p>

Who doesn't know the music of the IRISH ROVERS?  And who doesn't know THIS SONG?  How many of us can't identify with the lyrics "My head is like a football, I think I'm going to die, Tell me, me oh, me oh my, Wasn't that a party?"  What better song can I reference when preparing a St Paddy's Day Cache?

The Irish Rovers is a Canadian Irish Folk group created in 1963 and is best known for their international television series, contributing to the popularization of Irish music in North America.  The band members are all from Ireland but immigrated to Canada in the 1960's. (source Wikipedia)

This was actually the opening line of the Thank You ad my late husband and I placed in the local paper following our wedding in 2003.  Wasn't that a party.......and a wedding happened to break out!  We broke as many traditions as we possibly could in planning our party, oops, yes, I meant our wedding.  We didn't marry on St Patrick's Day, but in hindsight, that would have been very appropriate.

The cache is meant to be as FUN as the namesake SONG is....enjoy!

For those who think they don't know the lyrics...here's some help... "Coulda been the Whiskey Mighta been the Gin Coulda been the 3 or 4 six packs I don't know but look at the mess I'm in My head is like a football I think I'm gonna die! Telling me oh me oh my Wasn't that a party...."
