Geocache Description:

When Missy B was a wee girl she loved collecting fairies.  Now she is a typical teenager, she isn't interested in fairies or caches

These little fairies used to be in her collection and sat pride of place on her windowsill, until she decided to chuck them out . I salvaged them and decided to place this series for my lovely wee girlie, oh they grow up so fast.

I have listed 3 parking waypoints where you can also pick up the start of the trailheads, these are all listed in the Violet cache.  There are 12 fairies to find, they are all within a few metres of a path and are all hidden at a tree.  You can begin the walk at any one of the trailheads and do an almost circular walk.

The paths around Hawkhead Wood are good but when you get into Hurlet Wood you are talking a lot of mud in places.  WELLIES COME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Bring a bag and do some CITO while you are here.

Please ensure Hyacinth is not visible to muggles before leaving.

There is a trig point at N55 49.277 w004 22.428 for all you trig baggers.

There is no need to climb over any fences to reach any of the caches, just follow the paths and they will eventually lead you in the right direction.

Enjoy the walk and the view.
