Sussex Camping Event #5 Event Cache

We have decided to try a new site this year. A new area for some of you to cache, although for some of you it will be on your doorstep.
There are many caches near by and may be some more placed before the event.

The event will start from 12 noon on the 6th June until 12 noon on the 8th June. For those of you wishing to attend but not wanting to camp, we will be holding a daytime event from 12noon to 3pm at the same venue on Saturday the 7th June 2014. The Log book will be at the pub during this time so that people can log the camping event by attending the daytime meet. They have a large beer garden.

Costs
I have negotiated costs with the camp site and the fees will be £15 per pitch per night with electric hook up and £10 per night without. The price is inclusive of 4 people and additional adults will be charged at £3 per night.

Booking
Booking to be made direct to the site. Please make sure you mention that you are with the geocaching group.
When logging your intent to attend on this event page, can you please also state the number of adults, children and dogs and the nights that you will be camping. I shall be posting a table of attendees as I did last year and will update this regularly.

Other Info
BBQ's are permitted, but must be off the ground.
Fires are permitted but must be off the ground and in a contained fire pit.
Site rules must be observed at all times.
