First settled in 1817, the small town become a city in 1996. Currently, Shellharbour has a population of around 63000.
The cache is a small mint contatiner with a log, muggle notice, and pencil.
Caution may be needed as the road is fairly heavily used (especially around 4-5 PM) by people leaving the nearby water park.
