This is cache #4 of the Scout Law Series, an urban hike that includes all elements of the Scout Law (A Scout Is: Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean, and Reverent). This is NOT an officially sanctioned Boy Scout cache, but any Scout working on his Geocache Merit Badge might find it helpful in his quest.
