This is up a bridle path with lovely views over Middle Hope and Woodspring Priory. If you are able do go and have a look at the Priory, it is extremely interesting. There is a walk through Middle Hope which, on a nice day gives some amazing views across to Clevedon. This is the route of the (oft) proposed cycle track that would link Clevedon and Weston, much talk about it but nothing yet happening, which is a shame because it is a beautiful bit of coastline.
I spent my school holidays working on the farm that surrounds the Priory so this has some very special memories for me of the long hot summer of 1976 and hay making.
The path can get very muddy in the winter so wellies are advised! There is parking at the end of the bridle path for a car or two, depending on how good the parking is!
