This cache has been archived.

Equipe des fous: From Chudles: Over the years trails have been made that go too close to the cache, so I expect it would keep getting muggled if I kept replacing it.

Geocache Description:

Dostoyevsky was one of the greatest novelists to put ink on a page. I discovered him as a young man and quickly devoured most of his works. He tackled the great themes of politics, faith, responsibility, equality, psychology, to name but a few. Beneath all this lay his gambling. Dostoyevsky liked to play dice ware he would risk all and due to this he was reduced to poverty. The listed co-ords show a place Dostoyevsky may well have frequented.

Fyodor Dostoyevsky

Native of the land of Leo Tolstoy and Vladimir Lenin, Dostoyevsky was an addict caught in a vicious loop. Always short of money and broke, perhaps it was karma, but who are we to judge? He also went into exile as part of his involvement in the Petrashevsky Circle. Anyway, this moral is important to the location of the cache.

Dostoyevsky can engage avid readers from the university dean to the fan of fiction, they will always be impressed by his body of work. In death, as in life, his influence continues.
