February 27th marks the 5th anniversary of our first hide, Zachary Cachery. Since then there have been numerous memories of hiding caches that we cherish. One of the important ones was meeting Seeingitdifferent. We first met SID at Zachary Cachery. When we met SID, he was not yet infamous for caches such as SID's Evil XMas Tree or Cachetributes Evil Twin, he was just a normal guy with a family who enjoyed trackables and caching. =) A few months later he contacted us and said that he had gotten a big bag of free cache containers, little blue plastic jars with a black brush on top. He offered us some of them so we accepted. We never thought we would even come close to hiding all of the containers that he gave us, yet here we are. Five years later and this is the very last little blue container that we have to be hidden and published. Thanks SID!
This cache is located in Fish Lake Regional Park. Parking for this cache is available near the beach. There is a paved trail out to the cache. GZ hosts a nice view and a dock to enjoy it from (in the summer.) The cache has room to trade and a logbook. Please rehide when you leave. Thanks for visiting Fish Lake Regional Park.
