Geocache Description:


I was standing at the posted coordiantes watching an interesting ball game, when the batter hit one out of the park.  Your task is to calculate the landing position of the ball based on the facts below.

  • The apex of the balls trajectory was directly over the shortstops head
  • I was standing 134 feet at a bearing of 114 degrees from the shortstop
  • Please ignore the effects of the air on the ball

The cache has been placed where the ball landed.
