This will not be an easy grab. Unless you have the right tool ,you will probably make more than on trip to this location. I had to create this cache in order to figure out to get a cache down in Corpus Christi. In order to claim this smiley you must retrieve cache ,sign log and return cache to original location! If not signed and returned I will delete log. That means no (well I saw it) or (I forgot my pen).
