{23} How to avoid the Party Stores, part 2 Traditional Cache

I've started a bit of a series on avoiding party stores. They can be expensive if you arfe willing to apply yourself.

That bit has a double meaning, but in this case I mean that you can avoid the expense if you apply yourself to making your own results. After all: making something with the original contents of this container is only cooking with a lead time. Some equipment, some time, a little time....
