Der Buchstabe „w“ kommt B mal vor.

But first the coordinates of Stage 1 need to be determined from the following picture:
In order to solve the puzzle let tolerance aside! On GeoChecker.com you can check if you are right.
In the area of approx. 20m around the indicated place you’ll find a small "commemorative plaque" for the person to be reminded here. Determine the following values on the basis the plaque:
The smallest digit is A.
The letter "w" occurs B times.
The number of letters of the last word in the second last line is C.
The letter "s" occurs lower and upper D times.
The number of capital letters is E.
