Soap Factory
The facory was constructed for William White and Son in November 1890 to produce sheep dipping fluid and weed killer. Now owned by the Priest family Thanetene Antiseptic liquid soap continues to be made onsite. Little has changed in the process and the replacing of glass bottles to plastic give the only hint of a new era
