How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

Geocaching is heading towards the International Space Station (ISS).

All of geocaching? No, not all of it, but a very special little Travel Bug® named TB5JJN1 is tagging along with Nasa astronaut Rick Mastracchio on his mission to the ISS.

Every geocacher who attends a Geocaching Event on November 6 or 7, 2013 will be awarded a “Geocaching in Space” souvenir.

The event will run from 16:00 to 19:00 on 7 November 2013.

It's an excuse to collect a very special souvenir from Geocaching.com and a opportunity to catch up with other cachers.

The venue serves coffee and cake until late and meals can be ordered from 17:30. There are plenty of tables and chairs provided and a gated playground for little GeoKids.

You're welcome to just drop in and sign the log book or stay and chat. Trackable discoveries and exchanges welcome.
