東京の施政は１８９８年のこの日に始まりました。
東京のジオキャッシンググループは共同でこの日を祝いキャッシュを設置しました。多くいの都立の施設、公園、庭園、ホールの入場料は無料となります。
新宿御苑と新宿通りの間に酒屋さんと鮮魚店と、少し離れてお花屋さんもあります。
共にこの新宿一丁目を長年支えてきたお店です。
不況の波にのまれつつ、頑張って商売しています。
キャッシュは森田屋酒店（看板はありません）の脇に置かせていただいています。
公認キャッシュですが、お店の方に会った時には「お宝探してまーす」と一言お願いします。
