Chiyoda City Office / 千代田区役所 Traditional Cache

Chiyoda City Office is located between Kudan-shita station and Takebashi station of Tokyo Metro Tozai line.
This place is remains of Shigenobu Ookuma's Kijibashi residence. Mr. Ookuma is the founder of Waseda University.
There's a monument of the residence in rest area in front of the city office building.
Cache is hidden high place near the bridge.
Beware of muggles in the daytime.

東西線の九段下駅と竹橋駅の中間、九段合同庁舎の第三合同庁舎に千代田区役所はあります。
ここは早稲田大学創始者 大隈重信候 雉子橋邸の跡地で、建物の前に植栽とベンチなどがある休憩スペースがあり、ここに記念碑が立っています。
キャッシュは区役所のはずれ、橋の近くの高いところに隠しました。
多くのマグルがいますので注意してください。
早朝、夜間の探索をお勧めします。
