Geocache Description:

A cache placed by my 8 year old daughter after many walks along the new elevated boardwalk and her 3-year old brother's insistence that pirates still roam the area.

The legend (as told by them): "In 1587 some Pirates came to Morro Bay to kayak, but their boats were too heavy because they had too much treasure in their pockets. So they hid the treasure in this tree, but now they don't remember because they're too old. The End"

The cache is a few minutes walk from the nearby parking lot. It has room for small trade items.
