Geocache Description:

Daily Constitutional
While taking your daily constitutional, stroll by the South Pasadena train station. Check out the area’s interesting sights and shops. You can also soak up some local history, and pause by the flagpole to learn about the Constitution.

South Pasadena Train Station

One of the first 13 Gold Line stations built by the Construction Authority in 2003, the city of South Pasadena is home to Mission Station. Located at Mission Street and Meridian Avenue, the station sits in the heart of the city’s commercial district and has become an integral part of the area’s landscape. This area attracts lots of foot traffic. Every Thursday (4pm to 8pm) a Farmers Market brings in tons of muggles. USE EXTREME STEALTH.

The Constitution of the United States
The Constitution was adopted on September 17, 1787, by the Constitutional Convention in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and ratified by conventions in eleven States. It went into effect on March 4, 1789. The Constitution of the United States was the first constitution of its kind, and has influenced the constitutions of many other nations.

It's rumored that after signing the Constitution, the founding fathers visited their favorite watering hole for refreshments.

September 17th is Constitution Day!
