Terrängfaktorn är hög enbart för att cachen är placerad på en ö.
Den här bryggan kallas Skånebryggan för att den och husen runt omkring byggdes av Skånska Cement (nu Skanska). De som bor i området kallas här på Gräskö för "skåningarna". Det är inte någon allmän brygga, men att komma med kajak eller egen liten båt för att ta cachen borde inte vara något problem (om man nu inte väljer att ta den på en promenad "runt" ön).

The only reason why the terrain rating is high is that the cache is placed on an island.
This jetty is called Skånebryggan (the Scania jetty) due to the fact that it and the houses in the surrounding area were built by Skånska Cement(now Skanska), a copany originating in the Swedish region Scania. On the island, we call the people residing in this area the "Scanians". It is not a public jetty, but it should be ok to arrive in a kayak or small boat just to log the cache (if you choose not to log it on a walk "around" the island).
