Quite frankly, this cache was put out to help a few of my caching buddies with words for some of the challenges they're working on. I tried to think up a catchy phrase that everyone would remember, but this was the best I could do.
It's an easy park and grab only if the guys working on the building across the street aren't sitting in the trucks that are parked here. The best time to go after this cache is very early in the morning, late in the evening or on weekends.
