Hard One Traditional Cache

washmont: I hate to archive this cache, but the hiding spot has been damaged. Unfortunately that is what make this cache unique. Hopefully I will be able to publish another challenging cache like this in the future in another spot. I'm glad so many of you previously enjoyed this cache.

I believe we need to have a variety of challenging caches.  I think this will be a bit of a challenge, but I'm probably under estimating my fellow cachers. Except to say at least it isn't in a tree.  Have fun at what I think should be a challenging cache. You will probably need an extraction tool. You must sign the log or risk having your find deleted.   If you tried to locate this cache but were unsuccessful, please list it as a DNF so I can see that the rating is accurate or not.
