A Hands On Experience Mystery Cache

The cache is not at the listed co-ordinates.  To obtain the final co-ordinates for the cache, you must solve the puzzle below.

The Puzzle

I'll give you a small head start with this one.  The Northing begins N 54 and the Westing begins W 005.

What follows after these numbers are for the actual puzzle.

N = 54( RTx2+LI+LP) . (RP+LM) (RP+LP) (LI)

W = 005 (RMx4+LP+LT) . (LI) (RM-LI) (LT x2-RR)

The final container is a watertight micro sized container which contains a log only so be sure to bring a pen. Please replace same exactly as found.
