Geocache Description:

U.S. Route 64 is a highway running from Teec Nos Pos, Arizona, to Nags Head, North Carolina.

In the state of Arkansas, the route runs 246.35 miles from the Oklahoma border in Fort Smith to the Tennessee border in Memphis. The route passes through several cities and towns including Van Buren, Alma, Dyer, Mulberry and Ozark.  US 64 runs parallel to Interstate 40 until Conway, where I-40 takes a more southerly route.

This series of caches – most of these are 35mm film can size - will get you out of town to see part of rural Arkansas. Plus, you can pick up the other area caches if you haven't already found them!  As with all caches, be mindful of your surroundings. This can be a busy highway!

Have fun, be safe, and enjoy!
