Geocache Description:

There are 44 parks listed in Elk River. Added a couple more caches to support Elk River City effort. Lets make ourselves less conspicuous by practicing CITO. Who would look twice at someone with a bag, picking up trash on the way in and out? If someone asks, just say "dang litterbugs"! Bring your own pencil.
