The cache name is an abbreviation for Out with the Old, in with the New #2. There used to be a cache here, but it's been archived. I'm recycling the location, hence the name.
This cache is located in Groffs Mill Park, along the Perkiomen Creek. It's a mid-sized plastic food storage container, with a log, pencil, small trade items and a special prize for FTF to light up your life. No credit without your signature, and no night caching in the park. Park in the lot. Dress appropriately for a TAXMAN 1 cache.
