Thunderbirds - Terror in New York City



The “Thunderbirds” was a television series created in 1965.
It featured the Tracy family living on Tracy Island and working for International Rescue.
Between 1965 and 1968, 32 episodes and two feature films were produced.
This cache series uses the names of these episodes and feature films.
Some caches use a code based on the Thunderbirds to mask some of the coordinates. You’ll need to do a little bit of research.

Terror in New York City - Season 1 Episode 4


While returning from a mission Thunderbird 2 is accidentally attacked by a new U.S. Navy strike vessel. When a mission to move the Empire State Building goes wrong, the building collapses and traps a reporter and his cameraman. Jeff Tracy asks the U.S. Navy to allow Thunderbird 4 to hitch a ride on board the Navy ship to find an underground river to reach trapped people below the wreckage.
The creature at this cache could strike terror in New York.
