Geocache Description:

The first time I heard about Willard Kitchener MacDonald was when I was eight years old. He was featured on Live at Five with Nancy Regan. I followed his story from that time on.

This cache has been placed in memory of Willard Kitchener MacDonald. Alot of people refer to him as Kitchener and a few people choose to call him by his first name Willard. It seems like the people who knew him personally call him Kitchener. A family friend knew him personally in his younger years when he lived in Pictou and knew his parents as well. Our family friend shared many stories when asked. He told me they used to play at dances where Kitchener would sit in a chair and lean back propping the chair up against the wall and play for hours. When I came here today I found the cache at his old camp and placed this one on my way back out.

This cache contains no writing device. Not winter friendly. Enjoy the smiley!
