As you probably already know, Grandma Moses found her donkey George on a farm outside the Kentucky Derby. George was running so fast he could easily compete in the race. Grandma Moses bought him right then and there from the Kentuckian farmer and has had many adventures with him since.
One day Grandma Moses rode George to the ancient city of Jericho. The ride was a pleasant one except for the times when George would stop to eat the fig leaves on the ground and later on get indigestion. After they had arrived Grandma Moses remarked on how she liked the city but wished they had booked their road trip to Hawaii instead.
