North of here a 1/4 mile is a painted rock. Park along the side of the road, and search for this nano cache nearby. There is nothing to take apart, so keep your multitool in your pocket. Then take a short drive to see Veterans' Rock.
I have been trying to come up with a cache to put out here. North of here 1/4 of a mile is a BIG rock that Vietnam Veteran Leonard Kubousek had in his field. Just the corner was sticking out but, after some work he ended up getting an excavator to dig it out. He moved it to the edge of the shelterbelt and decided it needed to be painted. Devon Allen from Park River, ND and Leonard designed, then Devon painted the rock with a veteran theme as a tribute to veterans. After finding the cache stop by the rock and remember the veterans.
