Geocache Description:

FTF: May 30, 2013 - By: dutchgoers.

ABOVE COORDINATES ARE BOGUS!
PLEASE DO NOT HUNT FOR THIS CACHE AT NIGHT!
This cache page is Natural Reader compatible for the visually impaired!

You will not find this puzzle on the internet. However, there is a puzzle of similar design out there, which was the impetus for this one, and I have created this unique puzzle just for you.
So, all you have to do is understand what follows and visualize a picture I will paint for you in your head with only simple words.
If you discover a plausible set of coordinates that are outside of the Olympic View Industrial Park, which is located across from the Bremerton National Airport along State Route 3 at Imperial Way, then using said solution will put you in the wrong search area.
As for the mathematics, you are on your own! However, you might want to take note of the hints I have provided. They may or may not assist you in discovering the correct answers.
In the first row there are three triangles. The First triangle has the Letter "A" within it. The Second triangle has the Letter "B" within it. The Third triangle has the Letter "C" within it.
Row One,
Triangle One,
Letter "A":

The number Seven is at the Top Corner.
The number Five is at the Lower Left Corner.
The number Four is at the Lower Right Corner.
Row One,
Triangle Two,
Letter "B":

The number Four is at the Top Corner.
The number Two is at the Lower Left Corner.
The number Two is at the Lower Right Corner.
Row One,
Triangle Three,
Letter "C":

The number Nine is at the Top Corner.
The number Six is at the Lower Left Corner.
The number One is at the Lower Right Corner.
In the second row there are three more triangles. The Fourth triangle has the Letter "D" within it. The Fifth triangle has the Letter "E" within it. The Sixth triangle has the Letter "F" within it.
Row Two,
Triangle Four,
Letter "D":

The number Seven is at the Top Corner.
The number Five is at the Lower Left Corner.
The number Two is at the Lower Right Corner.
Row Two,
Triangle Five,
Letter "E":

The number Four is at the Top Corner.
The number Three is at the Lower Left Corner.
The number Seven is at the Lower Right Corner.
Row Two,
Triangle Six,
Letter "F":

The number Nine is at the Top Corner.
The number Eight is at the Lower Left Corner.
The number Three is at the Lower Right Corner.
Now, all you have to do is discover the values of the letters for the Latitude and the Longitude shown below. Please keep in mind that the solution for each letter is of course a single digit. By the way, there is no special significance to the Top Corner numbers, i.e. Seven, Four, and Nine, other than they represent my lucky number 749.
Apply your answers to the following formula:
North  47 degrees, 29.A, B, C, minutes.
West  122 degrees, 46.D, E, F, minutes.
For your information, there are Handheld and Mobile GPS devices (some without LCD displays, for obvious reasons), for those who are blind or visually impaired and want to navigate cities, highways etc. If you want to know more, click on this  Wikipedia  website link.
