If you park on Nordale near Ivywood St, you’ll only have a short walk to find this cache.
I couldn’t find much history on this park, but it boasts plenty of field for baseball, football, or even soccer practice areas. There’s a shelter with tables and a nice basketball court that is often used by the neighborhood folk. Unfortunately there’s a big ugly water tower right smack in the middle of the park, but behind that there are woods with cool trails. I thought about sending you into that area for a find, but realized some of the acreage does not belong to the City of Dayton Parks department, so it was off my grid. Too bad some of the parks are deteriorating; they used to be so full of life and entertainment.
