The Tri-State Geocachers have enjoyed six years worth of Tri-State Meet, Greet, and Eat events which have welcomed a wide range of geocachers, both in terms of experience and home location. Indeed, while most attendees have come from PA, NY, or NJ, we've had attendees from as far as Alaska, Montana, Florida, and Maine. We've seen our group grow and include new folks who love to come back for the friendly, welcoming, open atmosphere of our events.
The older versions of this simple puzzle cache payed honor to hiders of caches in the Tri-State area. It was due time that this list be updated. This version features names of some of the geocachers who have been regular attenders of TSMGE in Year Six. The idea is simple - find the cached cachers, find the message, and then go find the cache. If you're not sure how you'll know how to proceed, just solve the puzzle and you'll know what to do.
You won't find the cache at the posted coordinates, but they are a good place to park. Once you set out from parking, you'll have a short walk in the woods, looking for a regular to large sized cache. Please don't do this at night.
