A quick cache and dash near the nantgarw china works. Please note this cache is not accessible from the A470, follow the signs to the china works to get close by.
This is our first cache. We have placed it near our hometown of Caerphilly by an old china works which is now a museum run by volunteers. Visitors to this cache can see what's left of the old glamorganshire canal and are advised to take a quick tour around the china works, it's quite interesting. This cache is a medium Tupperware camouflaged box located two minutes off the A470. A nice sized box suitable for trackables. Please note that you can not access this cache from the A470. There is a box in the cache with a welsh flag pin badge, a prize for the first to find. Beware of muggles crossing the foot bridge. Placed with kind permission of the nantgarw china works. Please be aware that the A470, fast road, runs nearby, although there is a fence between the road and the china works, you may want to keep an eye on adventurous kids and dogs.
