The cache is off a fireroad that can accessed at from either the top or the bottom of the road. The slightly easier way to get to the cache is to start at Top of the World Park in Laguna Beach.
This cache will not be taken by the Aliso-Wood Park Rangers (we already checked with them).
For those who like a physical challenge (Kevin), park along Hwy 133 near the Canyon Acres Drive intersection in Laguna Beach. This is a couple of miles north of the Hwy 133 and PCH intersection and maybe 0.5 miles north of the Sawdust Festival. DO NOT park on Canyon Acres. It’s illegal in the summer and annoys the residents in the winter.
Hike or bike down Canyon Acres Drive until the street ends, then take the fire road on the left. Begin climbing. Riding up this to Top of World without stopping was a ZenBabe New Year’s resolution in 2000. (We made it but you have to do it in the winter before the road gets too sandy.)
The fireroad from top to bottom is only 1.2 miles long but gains around 900 feet in elevation.
If you ride your bike to this cache, head over to Aliso-Wood afterwards and get in some great riding. Now that’s a perfect ZenBabe day.
