There is no shame in a DNF and the recording of DNFs is essential as they often the first indication that the CO has of a problem with a cache and they help the CO to see if he has the difficulty rating about right. So save others from the misery of missing caches, record a DNF and after a few in a row, the responsible CO will check it out. In addition, like many cache owners we are happy to give further hints to anyone who has recorded a DNF on that cache if they ask us for one.
This cache is part of the Caching Hints and Tips Around Wassand series - please see cache 1 for details. The caches are placed with the kind permission of the Wassand Hall Estate who have requested that cachers keep dogs under appropriate control especially round livestock and pay heed to the Countryside Code.
