Congratulations to OUTLAW70 for FTF I love looking at the Columbia River, the Ocean or any body of water..It relaxes me. This cache is placed along HY 30. There's a nice sized pull out for parking. As always though, be careful when pulling back out into traffic. This road gets reallllly busy at times..Like today when I was placing the cache.. LOL You will need to BYOP. Please replace as you found it. HAVE FUN!
